Turkey Time!

I started making these little turkeys using the scallop punch, and I couldn't stop!
I did some cards, I made 'potential' place card holders for Thanksgiving (I say 'potential' because I don't ever have room on our table for unedible items, unless they are utensils of some sort), and I even made little packets of 'turkey poop' that went over very well at the St. Andrew's Holiday Craft show last weekend.

Halloween Treats

These are some of the Halloween treats we sold at the Salem St. Arts and Crafts Festival on Saturday. Pretty cute, right? I can't get over all of the fun things there are to do with that scallop punch! Wait until you see the turkeys I have in mind for next month!

Monogram Cards in a Purse!

I made this awesome purse (thanks for the template, Deena!!) with matching monogram note cards for my workshop tonight. Hopefully, my friend Susan doesn't get the sneak peek- it's for her since she is the hostess. This gal loves a pocket book, so I'm sure she'll go nuts!!
I'm starting a hostess club next month, and this will be one of the projects we'll be doing. If you're interested in joining the club, send me an email, or give me a call.

Pumpkin Fun

Even though the weather around here doesn't have much of the fall feel, I've got the fever for the flavor(s) of fall! My mind is set on starting to track down a caramel apple, but until then, I'm working on pumpkins! Aren't they the cutest? Send me an email if you'd like to get the recipe on how to make them.

Summer Theme Photo Album

This is a photo album that I made using Stampin'Up! clear envelopes. I will have a new club class starting up in October, and this is one of the projects that we will work on. ( It probably won't be a summer-themed album, but this just gives you an idea of what it looks like.)

For the NASCAR fans

For all you NASCAR fans out there- this is my latest card collection, made from the Loads of Love stamp set. I call this the Crafts(wo)man Truck Series.
Pretty cute, huh?
I love how many different occasions can be covered with just one stamp set! This has always been one of my favorites!

Note cards

I made these note cards for my friend's birthday.
They say 'a note from the mommy of' and have names under each kiddo.
There are 5 of each color card and a coordinating envelope, and they all
fit together in the cute little paper purse!

Baby crafts for cousin Will

I thought I'd share this cute little baby boy card
I made to welcome my first nephew into the world.
It's kind of a tri-fold out design.

Also sent this memory tin- Will's room is decorated
with a jungle theme.

Top of tin
Poem reads:
Baby books are great ideas but sometimes you’re too busy.
Living with a little one can put you in a tizzy.
Mile stones pass too fast at times to find the proper page.
So jot a note of each event with date and baby’s age.
Like “Took 3 steps on June the 1st” or “Teething 5th of December”.
Then drop it in this memory can to help you to remember.

Testing 1,2,3

It's taken me forever to get the ball rolling on this blog-mostly because I couldn't come up with a name. I can't believe it didn't come to me sooner. Beasties have all the answers. Still.
